Macho Peas


Now who doesn't love a cheeky Nando's?

Ingredients:

(Serves 2)

- 300g frozen garden peas

- 1 tsp butter

- 1 tsp dried mint (or fresh if you have it)

- 1 tsp lazy chilli

Method

1: Cook the peas in a pan of boiling water for about 6 minutes.

2: Drain the peas, remove half from the pan into a bowl and roughly mash them with a spoon. Add the butter, chilli & mint.

3: Tip the remaining un-mashed peas into the mixture and stir in.

So why not whip up some peri peri chicken and have your own cheeky Nandos at home!
