Ingredients: (Serves 2) - 300g frozen garden peas - 1 tsp butter - 1 tsp dried mint (or fresh if you have it) - 1 tsp lazy chilli Method 1: Cook the peas in a pan of boiling water for about 6 minutes. 2: Drain the peas, remove half from the pan into a bowl and roughly mash them with a spoon.
