This weeks recipe is a simple and tasty breakfast snack, perfect for a weekend morning. And as we are using fruit, there is no added sugar.
These are lovely served with a big dollop of full fat Greek yogurt and a handful of blueberries.
1 cup Wholemeal Flour ½ cup Whole Milk 1 Egg 1 Very Ripe Pear, peeled and finely grated
Preparation: Simply blend all ingredients together with an electric whisk. Heat a pan, add a little oil and cook until evenly golden brown on both sides.
