Clair's 50 and she's on the pull!

'A truck pull that is!'

Our amazing client Clair Evans has set herself an insane challenge, on the 21st May 2017 she will be pulling a Land Rover Defender (aptly named Andy the Landy), filled with a team of 8 strong rugby players on board, all in aid of raising money for the superb Rennie Grove Hospice Care.

Clair is doing this challenge in memory of her Godmothers son Mark, who sadly lost a very long courageous fight with cancer aged just 47. But with the amazing support from the Rennie Grove nurses, Mark was able to be at home with family and his beloved dog Lily until the day he passed.

Please join us on the 21st May 2017 to scream, shout and help support Clair with this amazing challenge and raise money and awareness of such an amazing charity

We will keep you up to date with Clair's tough training for this crazy challenge, mostly comprised of heavy squats, deadlifts and more squats, under the watchful eye of her trainer Mark Guest.

And not without the help of Sports Therapist Paul Magee of Profortis sports therapy and pain management, with his tender hands and amazing understanding of the human body, while I break Clair down, Paul puts her back together again!

Please visit Clair's JustGiving page to read her heart breaking but inspirational story, and please donate anything you can, no matter how little. Also help us spread the word of this challenge and amazing charity by sharing this post on social media.

From the Physique Fitness team and Clair, we thank you so much for your support.
