Recipe of the week - Post workout Pancakes


Ingredients

1 Banana

40g oats

5 egg whites

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. coconut oil

Handful of Blueberries

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Melt the coconut oil in a frying pan and pour some of the mixture into the middle of the pan. after about 30 to 45 seconds flip the pancake over and cook for another 15 to 20 seconds.

Repeat this until all your mixture has gone, chuck your blueberries on top and enjoy :)

Top tip: If you want to be a bit naughty and you can afford those extra carbs, drizzle over a little honey at the end!
