I am a level 3 personal trainer with a specialist area of pre and post natal exercise. My passion for fitness and nutrition started after the birth of my first child 10 years ago. I went from wanting to loose some baby weight to really loving the feeling you get from a fit and healthy lifestyle. Since then I have never looked back.

I know from personal experience how hard it is to fit in exercise into a busy life. So I like to help my clients make small changes that will enhance and energise their everyday life. I believe I can give my clients the tools they need with exercise and nutrition to lead a more fulfilling life.
