New Class starting on Tuesday 4th of December here at Physique Fitness with the amazing Zara Redford!!!


Beginners Vinyasa Flow class is for first time yogis. A class for people at a beginner level. This class is slow pass.

The class coordinates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next, helping to improve:-
Reduce stress 
Improve fitness levels 
Improve posture 
Reduce back, hip and hip pain 
Helps you to focus 
Brings balance in the body 
Helps detox the body 
Helps reduce anxiety
Builds strength in the body 
Betters you bone health 
Brings calmness in the body and mind
